Digital Depths

I enjoy roaming the “Digital Depths”, those image layers way below the figurative and the meaningful where lives the Pixel, quantum of light and color.

I try to build colorful, bright, deep, complex images from simple pixel fields (details from digital photographs) with nice colors, pattern or texture. I combine, overlay, stack and otherwise process them without restraint.

The result is generally unexpected.

The 3 and 4-part images come from the same original image layers. They differ by the way layers are combined.

I enjoy roaming the “Digital Depths”, those image layers way below the figurative and the meaningful where lives the Pixel, quantum of light and color.
